E-mail 'Phishing' Scam Alert
Many of our users have reported receiving e-mails requesting username and password information that they believe are from SNiP or NetCarrier. These e-mails are not from SNiP or NetCarrier and should be deleted immediately! NetCarrier representatives will never ask for username and password information via e-mail. These messages are a scam - please delete them and do not respond or forward the messages to SNiP/NetCarrier. If you have responded to the message or provided username and password information, please contact our Technical Support at 888-575-4754 to have your password changed.
