1 A Multi-Dwelling Unit is defined as multiple residences within the same building, including but not limited to an apartment or condominium building.
If the one or two year plan is cancelled at any time before the end of the contract, a $99.00 early termination fee will apply. Router provided at no charge for all terms must be returned at the time of cancellation or a $99.00 equipment fee will also apply. Cat5 or higher grade inside wiring or existing RG59/RG6 coaxial cable required. Actual download and upload speeds will vary based on multiple factors, such as condition of wiring at your location, computer configuration, Internet and network congestion, and speed of website servers you access, among other factors. Speed and uninterrupted use of service not guaranteed. Current DSL (Copper) customers who move to Fiber Connect 4 Home Internet service will have their DSL (Copper) permanently disabled after their Fiber Connect 4 Home conversion.
